    This coffee maker is very basic but reliable. I bought it as an emergency replacement for my suddenly dis functional Keurig. It is a bit noisy and takes time to heat up between cups. My other one was a lot faster and quieter. The other one always flashed “descale” even after descaling. I hope this one lasts longer. I have coffee so I am happy for now.

    I only gave 4 stars because mine had a huge scratch on the top of it,,,like really? What a horrible experience to receive a brand new Kurig with a long deep scratch on the top of it,,, never again!

    Smaller tank than I thought. Also, has a shut off mechanism and I can't see how to disable it.

    I own multiple KEURIG products. However, this is my 1st time purchasing an OPEN BOX Product online. I was very disappointed when I opened it. Water Supply and Filter unit was dirty on the inside, and when I opened the plastic covering the pot....it had a foul odor and the pot was wet. I did not use it, but RETURNED it to the store immediately.

    Works well! Takes a bit longer than I’d like for the water to be ready and hot. I have to wait 60-100 seconds, when my parents coffee maker is always ready to go within 15-20 seconds

    The resevoir was smaller than I expected. Within 2 weeks there was an issue with sensor causing the machine to quit after about 5 secs, thus ruining the coffee pod. After tearing apart and cleaning it appears to work properly again. Did not notice anything that could have caused this. Hopefully, this is not going to happen frequently.

    Purchased this coffee maker for my best friend who is a coffee/star bucks fanatic. She loves it and the fact that it has greatly lessened her coffee budget and saves her from having to leave the house. Easy to use, convenient, and clean up is a breeze. Not to mention I was able to purchase from best buy for a good deal. I would definitely recommend.

    I do have one of the oldest models but my granddaughter broke because she forgets to put enough water. And this one is ok but I miss my oldest one, do not make so much noise and this one does.
