    Keurig ads do not disclose that we cannot use DISTILLED WATER for all sorts of bizarre reasons with the plastics. Sounds unhealthy to me. I have to use distilled water. I am not prepared to go through a multitude of filtering processes to feel safe. For a decade I have used distilled water and wondered why these machines have no longevity. What a mess. I have a large glass container now, microwave the water, and dump grinds in, then use a micro cup size strainer from Temu, works great and much faster and reliable.

      We recommend using bottled or filtered spring water in your Keurig coffee maker. Coffee and tea are over 98% water so quality water is necessary for a good coffee, tea or iced beverage. We do not recommend distilled water in your Keurig coffee maker as it can change the taste profile of your coffee by making it bitter, and may cause brewing results to vary. KeurigCare

    Got this item for my mom and she loves it. She is able to make her Cappuccinos quick and easy.

    This color is so cool and beautiful. Let's you know when to add water, you can tell it to make the coffee strong and what size cup to address.

    Easy set up and it even comes with a filter for the watwr canister. The white color is interesting and looks really good in person!

    The color is dull for red. The well is difficult to fill and doesn’t hold much. It requires replacement filters. There are more efficient coffee makers available.

    I’ve had a Keurig coffee maker for years. This one was a replacement for one that was about 10 yrs old. This one was about half the price of the old one but not near the quality.

    The on/off button is difficult to turn on. If you have no nails it works good, my husband has no trouble but I have to press it hard and just right for it to work. The one I had prior was much easier. The lid for the water is "skimpy."

    Coffee maker works great! 4 stars because we bought a white coffee maker and it comes with a black cord. Not sure if the factory messed up or if coffee maker supposed to come with black cord.

    Sometimes it turns off before the 2 hour time frame. Sometimes, there seems to be water in the cup holder. was contemplating returning the item but then it starting to work again.
