    Clogged after using about 5 times and I had to clean needle with a paperclip but seems to be working fine now. Hopefully it will last.

    I love my new Keurig because I can make more than one cup! Please it looks good at my coffee station. Other reviews said it was too plastic but it's a nice machine.

    Does not work properly. Sometimes when you push the button it will spit a few drops of coffee out and then stop. sometimes when you push the lid down onto the K-cup the lid to the water tank flies off!!

    I ordered the product on black Friday and didn't receive it until December 23rd. When I received the item the outer box that the Keurig (with it's box) came in, had clearly been opened and taped back together with blue tape. When I took the Keurig out of the outer box and went to open the box the Keurig was in, again it had clearly been opened and the lid was rip and you could tell the item was taken out of the box and placed back into the box. This was very embarrassing because the Keurig was a present for my boss. I couldn't give him the item looking like that so I had to go and buy another one from a store.
