    This is simple to use. It was purchased for my parents that are not tech savvy. The store was good, easy in, easy out.

    Keurig just can’t seem to get it right. Owned many in the past and never had one last over a year. This past purchase was an issue from day one. Brew a cup and have it leaking residual water/coffee for an hour after. Not sure if it was defective - returned and purchased another brand. Do not plan on buying another Keurig brand maker until they decide to build better quality products

    We purchased this product because of the reviews and the price. After bringing the item home and unboxing it. We were not impressed with the plastic look and inexpensive look.

    Like most appliances, not really built to last. You get about 3-5 years out of these then they go “paws up”. Wife wanted to try the red as an accent in kitchen.

    Bought this as a gift for my parents. They really loved, quit working after a week. My dad hit it on the side and it started working again. Back in business for now!

    It’s a little bit confusing you kind a have to lift the handle and then push the button sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. But I did get it on sale

    Unit worked for two weeks and than stopped.

    This unit replaced a Keurig coffee maker we had had for several years. Performance was excellent for two weeks and than simply stopped working. Would not heat the water. Best buy did not have an identical model in stock, so could not do an exchange. We were given a refund , and have since purchased a similar unit at a

    Old or fake merchandise?

    It appears that this is an old product that is out of warranty or a fake. The coupons inside the box expired 6/30/24--even though I bought the unit 12/19/24. I tried to register the warranty, and Keurig's system tells me that the serial number is not a valid number. Is this a fake or just old merchandise? Too much headache.
