    I bought this coffee maker to replace my 12 year old Keurig unit. It is much lighter in weight so I hope it will be as durable as the old one. Out of the box it works great.

    This is my first Keurig. It’s fantastic! Dad gets his morning coffee, hot and fast. The kids get hot cocoa and tea. Guests already know what to do. It’s a self serve family machine, and we all love it.

    Easy to use. Included printed instructions were just ok. Device seems to be working correctly. Would have given this 5 stars but really dislike having to go online to pull detailed instructions and get descaling info.

    Reliable coffee machine in favorite color, glad to get on sale. Took about 10 days to arrive, meanwhile Best Buy insisted warranty start 5 days before product arrived. No response to messages requesting correction.

    Perfect brewing so far! Like the features with auto turn off and Bold setting. Take the tray out for travel mugs. Wished they'd ask me in 1 year instead of less than a month. Test of time, but so far, Perfect!

    Bought this for my wife who loves red and coffee makers. The red is not too bright and is almost burgundy however still goes well with other reds. The product it’s self speaks for its self. Seamless product

    I bought this unit to replace my first Keurig which was more advanced and larger. This unit has been really good but the water tank is smaller. The lettering is rather small. But it does quickly heat up and the price was great.
