    The second one we’ve owned. The only thing I don’t care for is the shape of the water container. They gave up function for form. It slopes down toward the front and is not as essy to refill as the previous model we owned

    We went to get a simple inexpensive printer. The salesman showed exactly what we were looking for. After we realized that we couldn’t hook it up to our computer because it is wireless and our computer is not, we set it up with my iPad and it works great.

    I love this but it took three before I could get one that didn't malfunction. I wish I could return the two that don't work.

    Purchased this to replace my kuerig which stopped working. First the air at the end of each cycle - I’m guessing to blow out the grinds - stopped working. It still made coffee, and I didnt feel like spending another +$100 for another machine… so I kept using it, just cleaned it more often, even though I have always used bottled water to make coffee. Then the unit stopped heating altogether. So no choice but to buy another. I bought a 2 yr extended warranty this time. I’m only a couple of months in… so far so good. Only time will tell

    quick and easy cup of coffee and the different size options is perfect. So glad I purchased the protection plan which covered my Keurig when the previous one stopped working.

    This keurig makes an average cup of coffee. It takes a minute or two to warm up, and the coffee could be hotter when it's finished.

    We replaced our old Keurig machine with this one. It was offered at a great price and the delivery time was good. Our old Keurig did not have a water storage resevoir, this is a real plus with our new one. I would highly recommend this product.

    We love our Keurig, though we previously had two other cheaper models that didn't last as long as we had hoped. This one uses a filter plus we had water quality issues that since have been rectified. So far, no problems whatsoever.

    I especially like the strong brew feature. I am a tea drinker and the strong brew feature slows the water flow down, so the water will spend a little more time in the teabag I put in the basket.

    The light color shows the dark coffee drops so I'm constantly cleaning it. Also, sometimes after turning unit on, it'll immediately turn back off.
