    Coffee maker works great! 4 stars because we bought a white coffee maker and it comes with a black cord. Not sure if the factory messed up or if coffee maker supposed to come with black cord.

    Keurig just can’t seem to get it right. Owned many in the past and never had one last over a year. This past purchase was an issue from day one. Brew a cup and have it leaking residual water/coffee for an hour after. Not sure if it was defective - returned and purchased another brand. Do not plan on buying another Keurig brand maker until they decide to build better quality products

    I love my new Keurig because I can make more than one cup! Please it looks good at my coffee station. Other reviews said it was too plastic but it's a nice machine.

    This is a great purchase. I had a black one and when it broke decided I wanted a cleaner look. White looks great with our white cabinets and marble countertops.

    Basic Keurig. When brewing it splashes coffee everywhere. Dont really care for unit itself. Don’t recommend this model to anyone.

    I purchased this on Jan 18, 2024. It stopped working Mar 9, 2024 - this was about a month outside the return window. What happened was after putting pods in the pod holder, it brew a tiny amount of coffee then stop altogether. Tried with several different pods, all which had worked before but this machine would not brew. I purchased another Keurig in case this one was a lemon, and also because I bought pods in bulk. Very annoying.
