Unfortunately, right out of the box I could tell it wasn’t made as well. Maybe cheaper plastics? I’m not sure ... what I do know is that the unit would wobble on our counter - I tried fixing the rubber tabs underneath, but didn’t work. The K-Cup holder would not stay open and then when you opened it after making a cup, it would spray left-over coffee everywhere. I may have gotten a defective unit, but I did return it and went for the K-Elite for a little bit more.

The only reason I bought it is because there was not a single cup that used the k-pods. But now the Ninja has a specialty coffee maker and it works with the pods! I WILL NEVER BUY A KEURIG EVER AGAIN!

The first one lasted me a long time but after that every one I’ve bought is cash in the trash . Do not recommend at all

Which is great for saving electricity but in the morning having to power it up an wait is frustrating. Otherwise works fine.
