This model is great and love the speed without having to wait for my morning brew it also has a button to give a stronger brew

I bought this to replace a Tassimo coffee pot that I had since I no longer could afford the T-discs and were also harder to find. I'm satisfied with the way this coffee maker works. It's easy, quick and the choices of K-cups are plentiful and I also like the my K cup that you could buy to put in your own coffee which my husband uses almost every day. I use the K-cups for convenience. The temperature of the coffee is good and pretty consistent. I do wish that the water reservoir held more water and I wish the biggest coffee size button filled up more than what it does. I do miss my Lattes and cappuccinos that my Tassimo used to make but this is a pretty good machine. I was surprised that it was the newest model at Best Buy and didn't know that they even had an infomercial about it. Also, it came with a box of assorted sample pods. I'm very happy with it so far.

Keurig KCup coffee makers are great. The only one I will purchase.

Makes Great coffee only drawback is the reservoir doesn't hold as much water as our old one did so we have to fill it more often.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and boy does she love it! It's very easy to use, and above all gives you a fresh cup of coffee every time!

Contructed well. Easy to operate, makes great coffee. The Strong button really works and makes good tasting coffee.

Have this same coffee maker at home (but in a different color) and needed one for the office, so we went with this model. It brews good coffee, and has some nice features regarding the size of the cup, and how strong to brew the coffee, but it is still a basic coffee maker. If that is what you are looking for then this one should do the job for you. If you are a coffee aficionado, or want a machine with all the bells and whistles then keep looking at products with a higher price point.

As usual with all my purchases from Best Buy, this coffee maker is inexpensive, beautiful, fast and reliable.

This machine is easy to use and produces a great product. The price was very fair as well.

I’ve purchased four of these already. Three as a gift and one for myself. Work perfectly besides the one I put shed that had a crack in the water tank but I was able to exchange it within the week even without warranty cause it was damaged through transport. It holds enough water where I don’t have to fill it with water EVERY day and it’s just quick and amazing. I prefer this over using a general coffee pot since It’s such a waste and time consuming to wait for a pot where as this I can just do one serving and head to work.

I love this updated model the power switch is in the front and not the back and it is to understand.

Was a little difficult putting it together but I think o made it harder than what it was. Overall it’s great and I’m so happy I purchased this item. Highly recommend for anyone who’s big on coffee. Rather it’s hot or iced. Great purchase and great customer service. Thanks Best Buy
