The previous K-Compact failed rather quickly. The commercial Keurig at work has been repaired twice. So far, it is pushing hot water into the K-Cups just fine. My wife loves the color of this unit.

It has a good size water reservoir so it doesn’t need refilled after every cup, the coffee is nice and hot and it’s quick! We are loving it!

I like the four different cups sizes that you can select and the strong brew option. The water reserve is also a great feature.

Warms up quickly and brews consistently. Only drawback is that reservoir holds less water than unit it replaced, but only brew two cups at a time so not a big deal. Very happy, and hoping to get five years from this unit as well.

No digital readout or anything but it doesn’t need it. It does what it is supposed to. You can choose 4 different sizes which is nice. Hopefully it lasts!

Much louder than the original. The color is nice but the Keurig splatters coffee each time you use it so you have to wipe it down every time. Beyond that, looks like a Keurig and acts like a Keurig. It serves it's purpose.
