This was a great buy. Open box special and It works perfectly. My only complaint is that after tasting the first cup of coffee it was obvious that it had been cleaned with vinegar. I had to run about 2 quarts of water through the machine to remove the vinegar taste, since then it's been great.

Works wonderfully. Fits into my kitchen well, and is very easy to use.

I'm loving my new Keurig! I've had many models through the years, and this one is unique because of the choice of 4 cup sizes as well as making a stronger brew. Note that even the biggest cup size still won't fill a mug completely...lol! The footprint is reasonable for a Keurig. Also, the tank is a bit on the smaller side, so be prepared to fill it after every few drinks. Overall, if you can purchase this at a decent sale price, I would definitely recommend it.

This is the perfect Keurig for me. It fits nicely on a small part of the counter. Easy to setup and use. Great options for amount of coffee. Nice black color!

Many years ago a boyfriend bought me one of the first model Keurigs and I was NOT a fan- we ended up returning it. That being said, after using a Keurig while vacationing in an Airbnb, I decided to give it another go. They really have come a long way and I am absolutely in love with the ease of use of this product. No more cleaning out coffee filters everyday, just pop in a new k-cup and go. The machine heats up and is ready to use quickly. It will also automatically power down after 2 hours if you forget to shut it off. The only downside to this model is the size of the water tank- depending on the size of cup I choose, I generally have to refill the reservoir every 2-3 cups. All in all this product has made my morning routine that much smoother!

very easy to use, it's small and compact fits in tight spaces on the counter. the matte color blends in very well with other appliences. great value for the money.

Works great! 4 cup sizes and strong option are great features. It holds a good amount of water. Its also much quieter than my older keurig. I didn’t love the shorter cord but others may find that a plus.
