I liked the old design-one better but it went kaput. This one does have the extra mug button feature but I don't think the standard K-cups would fill it without being watery. Maybe using a manual fill container would, if filled at the right level. Get it on sale. Don't pay full price.

We decided to update to a new model and bought this one. We like all the options and love that it is still super easy to use.

I wish the water reservoir was bigger so it didn't have to be refilled so often. Also, I had to buy a new travel mug to fit under it. It would be nice if they made one that could fit taller travel mugs.

We replaced our old one with the same model because it gave out. We bought the old one brand new and it lasted about 8 years. On average, I would say that is pretty good.
