    I'm not sure if we got about a half dozen bad Kpods or if it's the coffee maker, but sometimes get very little coffee and a cup full of grounds. When it does work - it's perfect!

    Over all it does make coffee. I just don't like the auto off it has now, you have to wait until it gets hot again each time you want coffee it would be good for a company maybe not so much for home use. The other thing is smaller water reservoir.it keeps you busy keeping it filled.

      Thank you for your review Tony. We will pass your feedback onto our engineering and quality teams for review. To disable the Auto Off feature on the K-Select, power the brewer off while it is plugged in. Press and hold the STRONG and the 10oz. Large Mug buttons for 3 seconds- the green Auto off light will turn off. Power the brewer on- the green Auto Off light will no longer be illuminated. We hope this helps! KeurigCare

    The Keurig is good, but would have like to have a larger capacity reservoir. Also would have like to have a "coffee pot" option. Otherwise there are no issues with this product.
