The new coffee maker arrived quickly and undamaged. I rinsed everything and set it up to use. My first impression was this one is flimsy and not the same quality as my old one. The reservoir seems smaller, thin lid that doesn't seat well. I filled it up, and noticed that the coffee maker does not sit firmly on the counter, it wobbles a bit. Turned it on and seems to take longer to heat up. The biggest aggravation with this new coffee maker is it is loud and noisy, when it fills, when it brews, when it pours, etc. It seems to be getting more noticeable. So, to me it is cheap, wobbles and is very noisy. I honestly don't expect it to last long, certainly not as long as my old machine.

Love the ability to taylor the cup strength.

I like the different brewing sizes and the ability to make a stronger cup by just the push of the strong button. Some k-cup products are stronger than others and the strong button allows you to taylor the cup to your particular taste. Also some days you might need that stronger cup. I am very happy so far. I purchased mine on sale. I don’t think I could afford a full price purchase.

The coffee tastes the same and not strong when made with the 8 oz and 10 oz cup size. If using the 6 oz cup size the brew is stronger with or without the button pushed just due to less water. It did NOT come with any sample pods. Most of the reviews I read before purchase said it came with a 6 pod variety pack. Works GREAT with the pink plastic "fill it yourself" pods that I ordered elsewhere.
