    Great product allows for different types of cup sizes and comes with its own water filter. It doesn't take long for the water to heat and its very easy to add water when needed.

    I am not pleased, it gave me trouble 16 days after purchase and Keurig was no help. I am 72 years old and no one could help on the phone.

    I love that it is not so heavy. It moves easily on my counter when I have to fill it. But it feels like it is cheaply made. I am just waiting for it to break every time I put a kcup in and pull the lever down. Of course the sturdy one I used to have is no longer made.
