good but water reservoir cracked in 1.5 years use

This version is awful. The odd-shaped reservoir is awkward to grasp and nearly impossible to get your hand in to clean. They say it'll give five cups in one fill. Don't believe it. You have to put more than 2 cups in it just to get one. Otherwise, the low water light comes on, but not until after it's going through its initial assessment. It's noisy and takes too long to brew. Who designed this thing? A perfect example of design for design's sake. Only redeeming feature is good coffee, but really?

Handle gently!

In fact this is my 3rd one. I normally get 4-5 year's from each and buy a new one. I always get the same model and so far have not had any problems. But I have noticed that the quality seems to be cheaper. I doubt very much if this one sees 4 years. The plastic is very flimsy and just simply cleaning it feels like I have to handle it gently. Hopefully I am wrong but check with me 12 months from now and I will give you an update.

Great Basic K-cup Maker

Good and fast coffee

Replacement
