I wanted to get a combined Xmas Gift and Housewarming and this was it. The price made it a great deal and it was a step up from what I originally plan to purchase!

BUT I got it because I wanted white. The problem is that as the coffee brews into the cup it splatters back onto the machine causing an unsightly mess which needs to be cleaned constantly.

I was very disappointed when I opened it. Water Supply and Filter unit was dirty on the inside, and when I opened the plastic covering the pot....it had a foul odor and the pot was wet. I did not use it, but RETURNED it to the store immediately.

It is very user friendly and is quick to setup. Her favorite thing about the machine is the “Strong” button it has which she says makes her coffee taste amazing!

This is my second one because first one is stop working. Used couple times then old one works again so I don’t need second one. Returned it
