Ok does not last long but i guess u get what u pay for

Bought for my sis. Great gift for her upcoming semester of college!

I am happy with this coffee maker. Works as intended. I use it at work on my desk. Caught it on sale. Came with a minor scratch. Not a issue I have with Best Buy because the box was sealed.

This was purchased to replace an older Keurig which had served us well for many years. This new model doesn't seem to be as heavy duty as the old one, but it does make a good cup of coffee.

Doesn't seem to get as hot as the old ones. Coffee is ok, but not great. Bold button helps a little bit.

I really love this coffee maker! I am the only one to use it. It is simple to use and clean. I am 64 years old and I don’t like complicated. I do love my hot beverages.

Works well, a little noisy...........have bought Keurig before none made as much noise.............

Great coffee maker. Very easy to use. Really like that it holds decent amount of water so you don't have to keep refilling to use.

I love it. I do wish that it had a delay mode so you could set it up to brew at a certain time.

The unit brews great single cup coffee everytime from pod.

These coffee makers work great I’ve had mines for five years now, so I have one already but bought another since it was on sale.

It is ok for the price. No bells and whistles just turn it on and press the button and wait. They could have put a back light on the water reservoir to aid in seeing the water level.

Only had one problem with it where coffee grounds goy in my coffee

Compared to the Keurig we had for about 10 years, this one feels very cheap. Really don't like how the water tank lid is not attached to the device. Is a hinge really that expensive? Coffee is very weak if you don't use the "strong" button. And you can't use distilled water for some reason.

This coffee maker is good, I only gave it 4 stars because I think the material is cheapy made

Love at first cup, filled it up with water, put a Kcup in the tray. Enjoying a cup of coffee. I do like the brewing options.

I tried to replace my Keuirg classic with this new model because of the multi stream technology and my old one is just well....old. I only use the k cup reusable pods for 3 reasons, 1) the coffee tastes way better when you use ground coffee 2) it bothered me knowing that all of the pods I was using were going to sit in a landfill for 100yrs before decomposing and 3) its way cheaper to by a pound of good quality coffee than it is a mediocre k cup. So with all that said, forget using a reusable k cup with this unit, it's a process and a pita. You need to take pieces out and screw pieces in, and then it splashes every where, it's just beyond rediculous. So im back to my old classic and happier that way.

Water does not come out very hot and capacity of reservoir is too small. Turns off all the time and takes forever to heat up.

the machine is okay. some of the parts feel a bit flimsy and the part to fill water can easily tip over and spill when carrying it. Other Keurig containers seem to have a big container with a lower cut off line to fill the water but still have more than 3-4 cups per pour
