Sometimes, there seems to be water in the cup holder. was contemplating returning the item but then it starting to work again.

flimsy, no water overflow valve

It is very flimsy and it has no overflow spout. A very important feature if your brewer gets clogged with grounds, to avoid having coffee and grounds spraying all over the place. I thought the price was too good to be true; it is.

When I received the item the outer box that the Keurig (with it's box) came in, had clearly been opened and taped back together with blue tape. When I took the Keurig out of the outer box and went to open the box the Keurig was in, again it had clearly been opened and the lid was rip and you could tell the item was taken out of the box and placed back into the box. This was very embarrassing because the Keurig was a present for my boss. I couldn't give him the item looking like that so I had to go and buy another one from a store.

Questionable at first
