    Like most appliances, not really built to last. You get about 3-5 years out of these then they go “paws up”. Wife wanted to try the red as an accent in kitchen.

    It’s a little bit confusing you kind a have to lift the handle and then push the button sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. But I did get it on sale

    This unit replaced a Keurig coffee maker we had had for several years. Performance was excellent for two weeks and than simply stopped working. Would not heat the water.
