Disappointed with weak-tasting coffee

It doesn't matter which cup size I choose- they all taste the same-weak. Also I'm not buying anything more from Best Buy since they've joined up with the Marxists in America. I will buy products from Patriotic businesses in the future.

Broke in less than 5 weeks use

Sadly Bestbuy does not handle the warranty for this, and I will have to go without a coffee maker for several long days while Keurig decides what to do, even if they will replace it.

The coupons inside the box expired 6/30/24--even though I bought the unit 12/19/24. I tried to register the warranty, and Keurig's system tells me that the serial number is not a valid number. Is this a fake or just old merchandise? Too much headache.

I had it for a few years before I got tired of doing tricks to get it to work. So that’s why I decided not to get the one with a screen. Although those versions look a lot nicer. I must admit I miss the screen and the stainless steel part that holds your cup. But for the price and peace of mind this one gives me, I’m satisfied with my purchase!

Used only 3 times a day. The process to get a replacement took about 30 min on the phone half of which was on hold. Then you have to send a copy of the receipt in JPEG format. The replacement unit was comparable in price from the same retailer, but it did not have all the same features. Feel like we were cheated. Good Coffee otherwise.

Good modern replacement with several improvements. Best new feature is the ability to press the size button on a cold machine and go back when the coffee is ready rather than go back twice to pick a size and then retrieve coffee. Worst new feature is uneven water container to that makes it easy to overfill.
