Old or fake merchandise?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It appears that this is an old product that is out of warranty or a fake. The coupons inside the box expired 6/30/24--even though I bought the unit 12/19/24. I tried to register the warranty, and Keurig's system tells me that the serial number is not a valid number. Is this a fake or just old merchandise? Too much headache.

No more Keurig for me

Owned many in the past and never had one last over a year. This past purchase was an issue from day one. Brew a cup and have it leaking residual water/coffee for an hour after. Not sure if it was defective - returned and purchased another brand. Do not plan on buying another Keurig brand maker until they decide to build better quality products

Love the improvements

My favorite part is with this one, I can start it up put the cup in, push the button and walk away and come back to a cup of coffee. Our last on you had to wait for it to warm up to even start.

My husband and I are the only one who use it. After choosing the setting it starts to work for second then shuts off. I've tried unplugging and back in but same problem. Very disappointed. I had my previous Keurig for at least 5yrs!

Temperamental

This was an upgrade to the one we had. This Keurig is temperamental and only works when it wants to. We turn it on and follow all the steps but it works one day and then the next day it won't work (the water won't go into the heating unit and if it does go up it won't pour out). This is upsetting b/c I bought it as a Christmas gift and now I can't return it b/c I'm past the deadline of January 16th. I waited to create a review b/c I thought it was user error but after 3 weeks of trying I do believe that it is the machine that doesn't work correctly.
