This unit definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Leaking about a Tablespoon of water from the head unit on a daily basis and inconsistent amounts dispensed on the preset cup sizes. Very discouraged.

The first one lasted me a long time but after that every one I’ve bought is cash in the trash . Do not recommend at all

A few days ago, the water started to go thru slowly and it was not making the usual noises. Today, it shut off in the middle of making a cup of coffee. I can't believe this pot didn't even make a year!

This one has puny resivore . I am a 4 Am guy I like to get a cup do my morning dump and go to work. This one is slow... not impressed.

It is a very nice color and worked well for about a week and a half. It started spewing water out of the bottom after just a few uses. This machine was a waste of money, and I will be returning it.

Bad Keurig

The machine would not stay on and I tried everything that you-tube suggested and every online article from Keurig. Nothing worked and Best Buy said it was too late to return.

When she uses the reusable K-cup, there are grounds in the coffee, and when she uses the regular K-cup, it doesn't puncture the foil. I thought maybe she was having trouble because she's old, but I went over there multiple times to try it and, at a minimum, if you're pushing it down as hard as possible so it punctures, there will be grounds in the coffee. If you don't push it that hard, it doesn't work at all. Very disappointing. We're going to try a different model.

It heats OK, but I can only get 2 mugs of water out of each refill. It would be much better if the water reservoir were larger.
