It makes good fast coffee, and I like the strong brew option. What I dislike is the mess it makes. At the end of the brew it kind of sprays out the last bit of coffee which goes beyond the cup and onto my counter. And if you have a spouse like mine, it’s left for you to clean up but that’s another issue. Also, the cup size settings... the tallest cup setting, which I thought will be like smallish travel cup, is not. Even that selection barely fills my normal 12 oz IKEA mug. Maybe that was noted somewhere and I didn’t read it. Otherwise it’s alright, good for when you only want a cup and don’t want to brew a pot.

The water reservoir cover is cheap and falls off easily. I expect better from Keurig. It makes good coffee and is easy for my in-laws to use.

This machine is NOT as good as previous generation models were, no touch screens or displays which is good because they would break, the 4 sizes are good enough to get the job done. Iced feature is not included in this machine nor is it necessary. This machine will be noisy and should be cleaned daily so ants don’t try to make their way inside or so that the water will flow properly. Makes a nice hot cup every time. I recommend taking the warranty because this machine WILL break or cease functioning properly within the year as this is my second machine. Like I said, they don’t make them like they used to.

She had me replace her last one because it quit filling her large cup. This one fille her cup everytime.

It will get the job done

This one was easy to set up, but the charcoal filter was new to me, but it was still cool to me. It makes a good, hot cup of coffee. BUT the water reservoir does not hold as much water as my last one did. It also started to make loud noises when it was brewing after only the second cup on the third day. Maybe I was too stuck on my older version and this one is also just as great....or maybe this one just doesn't quite measure up to that ideal for me.

I purchased my first Keurig for my office at work. I like using it so much at home I never took it to the office yet, LOL! I am thinking it would mkae sense to purchase second one for the office so I can have one in both places. This is a nice gift for any coffee drinker and is easy to make a quick cup of java on demand without making any mess.

By far the best

In the past many of the units have a dendancy to shut off in the middle of a brew. Not this one and trust me in a house of 6 people ranging from teens on up this machine is CONSTANTLY running and not once have we had an issue with it! Keurig got this one right.
