We really liked the first one , so that's why we bought it again!! Being able to select your cup size without having to wait for the water to be ready is a time saver!!

It's been fairly easy for her to use. She drinks several cups of coffee a day and she likes the convenience of it and the plethora of coffee options available. She prefers strong coffee and appreciates so many options to choose from. It's made for a great gift. She loves it.

I love how quickly it brews and not any splash or splatter so cleaning is not an issue! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it doesn’t get as hot as I’d like (still hot just not piping hot) and the auto shut off function sometimes doesn’t work. Other than that I really love it.

Super easy to use and obviously very convenient. They only thing that I don’t like is that the lid (that you where you put the water in at) is NOT attached. Just seems to be cheaply made. I so wish you could make 16* ounce cups of coffee.

I love the “Strong Brew” feature, main reason we went with this one, along with the large reservoir. But no complaints so far, I’ll update if anything happens worth revisiting for.

Adequate and simple to use

While this model is very adequate, it seems less sturdy in comparison. Next time I will buy the next model up which looked my original but was $40 more. But this is only because I had an original model. As I noted, this model performs adequately.
