    Bought this because my first keurig bit the dust after 3-4 years. So far so good. I like the strong brew option. It is much quieter than my first keurig but down take maybe a tad longer to brew a cup. Overall satisfied thus far.

    Simple to operate. We found some pods had to puncured to avoid pod failure and grounds in coffee. Not the fault of the Kuerig.

    Easy to use and glad I updated my prior Keurig as after time the level of coffee that is dispensed gets lower as time goes on. Nice to have a new fresh machine
