    It does not make the coffee hot, just warm. Also, it gets "confused" often. Asks to add water even though water level is more than half full. This is our 3rd Keurig in 10 years and by far the worst.

    I purchased this on Jan 18, 2024. It stopped working Mar 9, 2024 - this was about a month outside the return window. What happened was after putting pods in the pod holder, it brew a tiny amount of coffee then stop altogether. Tried with several different pods, all which had worked before but this machine would not brew. I purchased another Keurig in case this one was a lemon, and also because I bought pods in bulk. Very annoying.

    I purchased this coffee machine, and less than 5 weeks into the use of it, the machine broke. Sadly Bestbuy does not handle the warranty for this, and I will have to go without a coffee maker for several long days while Keurig decides what to do, even if they will replace it.
