    Disappointed with weak-tasting coffee

    It works but seems to produce weak tasting coffee and have tried a few different brands of K-cups- have been pushing the STRONG button each time but am disappointed with the weak-tasting product I'm drinking. It doesn't matter which cup size I choose- they all taste the same-weak. Also I'm not buying anything more from Best Buy since they've joined up with the Marxists in America. I will buy products from Patriotic businesses in the future.

    NOISEY! This is my 3rd Keurig, all different models. I would not recommend this model even at a discount. The noise it makes when dispensing is loud and seemed to get worse over time. It also sprays some coffee at end of cycle. I contacted Keurig for help/ fix and they acknowledged some machines are noisier than others but Wanted me to hold my phone next to it while brewing to determine the problem. Huh....A $129. Product an this is their answer.

    My last Keurig had a touch screen and about a couple of weeks in it started glitching. I had it for a few years before I got tired of doing tricks to get it to work. So that’s why I decided not to get the one with a screen. Although those versions look a lot nicer. I must admit I miss the screen and the stainless steel part that holds your cup. But for the price and peace of mind this one gives me, I’m satisfied with my purchase!

    Replaced old Keurig Classic. Good modern replacement with several improvements. Best new feature is the ability to press the size button on a cold machine and go back when the coffee is ready rather than go back twice to pick a size and then retrieve coffee. Worst new feature is uneven water container to that makes it easy to overfill.

    Keurig is not worth the money! This was my 3rd replacement in less than a year. The only reason I bought it is because there was not a single cup that used the k-pods. But now the Ninja has a specialty coffee maker and it works with the pods! I WILL NEVER BUY A KEURIG EVER AGAIN!

    Works ok but it is suppose to have 4 different cup size settings, it only has 2 settings But works.

    Broke in 1.5 months!

    Machine broke after only month and half use! My husband and I are the only one who use it. After choosing the setting it starts to work for second then shuts off. I've tried unplugging and back in but same problem. Very disappointed. I had my previous Keurig for at least 5yrs!

    After 4 months this unit malfunctioned, would randomly turn off before doing it's job. Used only 3 times a day. The process to get a replacement took about 30 min on the phone half of which was on hold. Then you have to send a copy of the receipt in JPEG format. The replacement unit was comparable in price from the same retailer, but it did not have all the same features. Feel like we were cheated. Good Coffee otherwise.
