The machine heats up fast and even has a “Strong” coffee option and you can taste it as strong.

Cleaning set package instruction is not very clear so I didn't know what to do with it at a glance. With all respect, it's functional ergonomically decent design. Great if it comes with a auto-on time setting. genuine feeling i give a 4 star : )

Nope. when you lift the handle up to put in a k cup the mechanism came loose. had to work back into place. stayed for a while then came loose again. gave it away and went with a different brand. i'm DONE with Keurig brand.

Delivers hot coffee fast. My prior one cup Keurig was quite a bit smaller not having a water reservoir but now love this maker. Like the choice of making stronger coffee and the size cup buttons. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Great option when on sale.

The Strong brew button is the reason for getting this model and does make a good difference in the taste. The 4 cup size options is also a great feature, although more than 8oz for a k-cup gets too watered down for me.

Normally I get 2 cups per pod and with this machine I can set the 2nd cup for extra strong which makes it nearly the same as the first. I really appreciate the cup size selection. I select mug for work days and the small cup for the 2nd on weekends when I prefer an Irish coffee after breakfast.

LOVE MY NEW KEURIG

Love the multiple cup options and the fact that it also has a strong option to make a strong cup! My daughter and I use this daily and so far it has exceeded our expectation. We are defiantly saving $$$! :) If you are coffee junkie, you will not be disappointed with this machine. Makes tasty coffee. We use the Starbucks K-cups and it taste just like when you purchase a cup from Starbucks .
