The first one lasted 5 years before it started leaking water on the counter. The new model is also more compact than the original design.

Warms up quickly and brews consistently. Only drawback is that reservoir holds less water than unit it replaced, but only brew two cups at a time so not a big deal. Very happy, and hoping to get five years from this unit as well.

I would say this is great if you have a small space and it holds a good amount of water. Coffee turns cold after about 5 min though....but started using an Ember to help with that. Otherwise not too bad. I had some issues with it leaking, it would not brew the coffee through the spout into the cup. Sometimes it would overflow out of the chamber where you put the pod in for some reason. Never got it fixed after contacting support so I just kind of put up with it when it happens.

Our favorite kpops are McDonald’s. It took us a few times to find the right flavor. But great machine and doesn’t take long. Fits many sizes.
