    Bought for my daughter . She loves it!! Great purchase price and better quality than from other stores! Like the product is made specific fir cheaper store. I have bought several things from another particular store and within 1-6 months, they have all broke!!! I will purchase everything from Best Buy!! Even if product does break, atleast they replace it quickly and no questions asked!

    Bought a different model as we were having issues. Like that it has a 12 oz option. Have had a few cups with grounds and not sure why it is happening periodically.

    Love the fact that the coffee comes out HOT, unlike my other non-Keurig coffee maker. The reason for the score is two-fold. First, the lid for the water dispenser loves to come off when you open the are for the K-cup. Second, this matching turned off several times before dispensing a full cup of coffee, wasting the pod. It was on the verge of getting returned and now it is working correctly again.
