    Very excited to get it,a lot of convenience with not having to buy filters or waste coffee that wasn’t drank.The positive I make a large mug to go it’s perfect.Negatives it’s noisy a lot of times I’m up b4 everyone else so I try to be quiet but this coffee maker definitely makes noise

    I own two of these and purchased one for my daughter. Some reviews were bad. However, one of my three purchases had to be replaced. The unit just stopped working. No problem replacing it with it a new one from company. Yes, I would recommend this product.

    I am not pleased, it gave me trouble 16 days after purchase and Keurig was no help. I am 72 years old and no one could help on the phone.
