    This is our first Keurig coffee maker and till now it looks fine. It has a relatively large reservoir compared to some other models. The coffee tastes good. However occasionally there is some leakage from the top where the k cup goes in, not sure if it is common to these types of machines. We got the machine at a deal, it doesn't worth the original price. The keurig models go on sale at different times, so just choose your model and keep an eye on its price.

    My unit died on Friday - a work day and my sister got the last cup of coffee it barely pushed out that morning. Needless to say, this was a crisis for me because I just could not bear the thought of going into the weekend without any coffee. I wanted to get a unit as close to the model I previously had which lasted more than 5 years and was quite sturdy (heavier). Best Buy had the newer model version available when other places I thought like Bed, Bath and Beyond and Walmart did not. In addition, it was on sale! I ordered it quickly online and picked it up later after finishing up with work - no delay. The unit is very much like my old one in terms of style and functionality; however, it is really lightweight and the motor sounds different. I don't think the quality is the same anymore and fear it may not last the distance, which remains to be seen. In the meantime, I am happy to enjoy my java and buy more flavored K-Cups! Thanks, BB

    This is our third Keurig in about 10 years. The first one went down about 3 years into usage. Had protection plan so we get a brand new one from Best Buy. The next one lasted almost 7 years until my wife decided to put the water tank in the dishwasher. It was almost as much to buy a replacement tank that wasn't OEM as it was to simply buy a new one. So, here we are and I assume this new one will last another several years.

    The old Keurig finally got too dirty, so this is the replacement. Works much better. Not sure why there are so many tiny cup options.
