Needless to say, this was a crisis for me because I just could not bear the thought of going into the weekend without any coffee. I wanted to get a unit as close to the model I previously had which lasted more than 5 years and was quite sturdy (heavier). Best Buy had the newer model version available when other places I thought like Bed, Bath and Beyond and Walmart did not. In addition, it was on sale! I ordered it quickly online and picked it up later after finishing up with work - no delay. The unit is very much like my old one in terms of style and functionality; however, it is really lightweight and the motor sounds different. I don't think the quality is the same anymore and fear it may not last the distance, which remains to be seen. In the meantime, I am happy to enjoy my java and buy more flavored K-Cups! Thanks, BB
