    The previous version was fast, quiet, and easy to access. This version is awful. The odd-shaped reservoir is awkward to grasp and nearly impossible to get your hand in to clean. They say it'll give five cups in one fill. Don't believe it. You have to put more than 2 cups in it just to get one. Otherwise, the low water light comes on, but not until after it's going through its initial assessment. It's noisy and takes too long to brew. Who designed this thing? A perfect example of design for design's sake. Only redeeming feature is good coffee, but really?

    The coffee maker died within a year and Best Buy would not honor the extended warranty which I purchased. I can order another one at 3 times the price I paid on the Best Buy site but Best Buy said they couldn’t order it. Sorry customer service Best Buy. Will buy from direct from vendor at near the price I paid.
