    Easy set up, water takes several minutes to heat for the 1st cup but is much faster for subsequent cups

    Not as well-made as they used to be. The quality of Keurig seems to have gone down quite a bit. A lot of plastic and very lightweight compared to our old one. Not as sturdy or solid feeling. But it is more streamlined and doesn’t take up as much counterspace as the old one. We’ll see if it holds up as well over time.

    Our old Keurig gave up the ghost, so had to buy a new one. It has to be powered up again after an hour, but no problem. Just push a button. Nice sleek look. Lid on the water tank is a bit flimsy. Price had gone up in 3 years, like everything else on the planet.

    This coffee maker is beautiful and eligant in white. Functions perfectly but seems to be a little cheaply made. It is not as heavy as the other keurig I have in black but the black one is an older model. Maybe they have just tried to reduce the weight of the coffee maker but just seems a little flimsy.

    This Keurig is perfect for a house with only one coffee drinker or if everyone wants a different type of brew or at different times of the day. The idea of brewing a pot of coffee if overkill, and coffee/lattes at the local Starbucks is not inexpensive...enter Keurig. Use it multiple times a day. We own two.

    The light color shows the dark coffee drops so I'm constantly cleaning it. Also, sometimes after turning unit on, it'll immediately turn back off.
