This Keurig is basic...nothing fancy. It doesn't feel as "sturdy" as the older model, but it works fine! I like that it has the option for a stronger cup of coffee, though I'm not sure I can tell the difference. Good, single cup coffee maker.

I love how this one has a reservoir, instead of filling it up every time you want a cup of coffee. I was surprised that my old Keurig lasted as long as it did, and I hope this one does too!

Living in Michigan with the hard water it takes a beating. It’s fine for just me, but if anyone else was drinking coffee too, you’d be filling the small reservoir every time.

The first cup is quite fast, but the second cup is almost immediate. The water reservoir is great. You can get about 4 to 5 cups, depending on size.

This one is updated and more efficient. The only thing is, I wish the smallest cup size setting was a little bit smaller.

The material (plastic?) feels a little lighter/cheaper than my previous Kuerig, but it works just fine. Best part about it - i can fit my 20 ounce tumbler under it!

I was very disappointed when I opened it. Water Supply and Filter unit was dirty on the inside, and when I opened the plastic covering the pot....it had a foul odor and the pot was wet. I did not use it, but RETURNED it to the store immediately.

Make sure to follow directions before use because you have to self clean it first by pushing a button so your first cup doesn’t taste like plastic!
