    Great idea but quality stinks

    I REALLY wanted this to work out. Bought it on sale around Thanksgiving. By December was having issues with the pot not brewing completely and shutting off. Coffee tasted horrible. Did a warranty exchange with Keurig. Same thing after 6-8 weeks. I BELIEVE the issue on the pot side is the device the hot water comes out of to spread around the coffee grains is clogging up. We do have hard water, but have a water softener and only use fridge filtered water. We only brew one pot a week on Saturday and use the Kpods the rest of the week. We even added the in tank filter system this time and had the same results. Wouldn't recommend it based on my experiences. Great idea, way better than the carafe as it has a warmer. Also, the warmer should kick on earlier. Coffee always gets cold too fast. Thanks for reading. Hope this helps your decision making process.

    Good Machine, But Noisy

    The machine seems durable and is holding up well. However it is the loudest Keurig I've ever heard.

    It has a "strong button, which I like, and I use a reusable screened kcup with my own grind. Love it!

    Water does not come out very hot and capacity of reservoir is too small. Turns off all the time and takes forever to heat up.

    I like this Keurig K-Select Single serve K cup pod. It only brews a cup at a time. I am the only coffee drinker in the household. It brews quickly and comes out hot. Then I make a second cup.

    It is ok for the price. No bells and whistles just turn it on and press the button and wait. They could have put a back light on the water reservoir to aid in seeing the water level.

    I wanted a K elite but they didn’t have any in stock. This takes long to brew and to warm up. Other than that is nice

    flimsy, no water overflow valve

    Just received today and am returning it without using it. It is very flimsy and it has no overflow spout. A very important feature if your brewer gets clogged with grounds, to avoid having coffee and grounds spraying all over the place. I thought the price was too good to be true; it is.

    A big step backwards for reusable k cup users

    I tried to replace my Keuirg classic with this new model because of the multi stream technology and my old one is just well....old. I only use the k cup reusable pods for 3 reasons, 1) the coffee tastes way better when you use ground coffee 2) it bothered me knowing that all of the pods I was using were going to sit in a landfill for 100yrs before decomposing and 3) its way cheaper to by a pound of good quality coffee than it is a mediocre k cup. So with all that said, forget using a reusable k cup with this unit, it's a process and a pita. You need to take pieces out and screw pieces in, and then it splashes every where, it's just beyond rediculous. So im back to my old classic and happier that way.

    I purchased this to replaced the one I have because of the “great sale deal”. Well, it’s much smaller than what I was replacing. I’m constantly filling the water. Not happy. Guessing it wasn’t really a sale deal.
