    I really love this coffee maker! I am the only one to use it. It is simple to use and clean. I am 64 years old and I don’t like complicated. I do love my hot beverages.

    This is my 4th unit in three years. Seems like life expectancy is about 9 months. Kind of disappointing.

    Good for single cups, but slow

    Good if you live alone, or if people don't mind waiting. Brews well, but it is kinda slow, especially the first cup of the day, or the first cup after refilling the reservoir.

    Coffee tastes good but its flimsy. The water tank is cheap plastic and doesnt really fit in easily. water seems to gather around the bottom of the tank. I dont really like the model and want my old one back. i wish I could return this but I waited to long.

    Compared to the Keurig we had for about 10 years, this one feels very cheap. Really don't like how the water tank lid is not attached to the device. Is a hinge really that expensive? Coffee is very weak if you don't use the "strong" button. And you can't use distilled water for some reason.

    the machine is okay. some of the parts feel a bit flimsy and the part to fill water can easily tip over and spill when carrying it. Other Keurig containers seem to have a big container with a lower cut off line to fill the water but still have more than 3-4 cups per pour

    Keurig just can’t seem to get it right. Owned many in the past and never had one last over a year. This past purchase was an issue from day one. Brew a cup and have it leaking residual water/coffee for an hour after. Not sure if it was defective - returned and purchased another brand. Do not plan on buying another Keurig brand maker until they decide to build better quality products
