This one was a replacement for one that was about 10 yrs old. This one was about half the price of the old one but not near the quality.

If you have no nails it works good, my husband has no trouble but I have to press it hard and just right for it to work. The one I had prior was much easier. The lid for the water is "skimpy."

Sometimes when you push the button it will spit a few drops of coffee out and then stop. sometimes when you push the lid down onto the K-cup the lid to the water tank flies off!!
