This one was a replacement for one that was about 10 yrs old. This one was about half the price of the old one but not near the quality.

Sadly Bestbuy does not handle the warranty for this, and I will have to go without a coffee maker for several long days while Keurig decides what to do, even if they will replace it.

If you have no nails it works good, my husband has no trouble but I have to press it hard and just right for it to work. The one I had prior was much easier. The lid for the water is "skimpy."
