What can you say after 4 months of use and then it stops working? A real disappointment as we have purchased three (3) Keurigs single-serve and this was the more expensive but least reliable. Ugh!

It worked great up until this morning. I've had the machine for less than 4 months. It lights up when you turn it on, but doesn't make any sounds. Tried to unplug for a minute or so. Tried to take the water reservoir off and clean the bottom of it. Cleaned the whole machine....I'M REALLY ANGRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I received the item the outer box that the Keurig (with it's box) came in, had clearly been opened and taped back together with blue tape. When I took the Keurig out of the outer box and went to open the box the Keurig was in, again it had clearly been opened and the lid was rip and you could tell the item was taken out of the box and placed back into the box. This was very embarrassing because the Keurig was a present for my boss. I couldn't give him the item looking like that so I had to go and buy another one from a store.
