    We purchased this product because of the reviews and the price. After bringing the item home and unboxing it. We were not impressed with the plastic look and inexpensive look.

    Like most appliances, not really built to last. You get about 3-5 years out of these then they go “paws up”. Wife wanted to try the red as an accent in kitchen.

    Cheaper design than previous model. Reservoir fill line too close to where it will spill over. Cup size selection is off. And fills too much where the prior version was too little. But it’s nice that you can close and pick your capsize while it’s still heating up. And then auto fill while you’re doing something else.

    Broke in 1.5 months!

    Machine broke after only month and half use! My husband and I are the only one who use it. After choosing the setting it starts to work for second then shuts off. I've tried unplugging and back in but same problem. Very disappointed. I had my previous Keurig for at least 5yrs!

    I loved it when it worked. However, it just died one morning. I watched every youtube fix and google search fixes too. None worked. Of course it died just one year later. I bought a cheap clone on Amazon that does both pods and loose coffee. Don't be fooled by the name. In short, very displeased. To pay nearly 100 dolars for something that dies one year later, come on.

    It’s a little bit confusing you kind a have to lift the handle and then push the button sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. But I did get it on sale

    Bought this as a gift for my parents. They really loved, quit working after a week. My dad hit it on the side and it started working again. Back in business for now!

    This unit replaced a Keurig coffee maker we had had for several years. Performance was excellent for two weeks and than simply stopped working. Would not heat the water. Best buy did not have an identical model in stock, so could not do an exchange. We were given a refund , and have since purchased a similar unit at a
