    This is my second Keurig that I've purchased. This was an upgrade to the one we had. This Keurig is temperamental and only works when it wants to. We turn it on and follow all the steps but it works one day and then the next day it won't work (the water won't go into the heating unit and if it does go up it won't pour out). This is upsetting b/c I bought it as a Christmas gift and now I can't return it b/c I'm past the deadline of January 16th. I waited to create a review b/c I thought it was user error but after 3 weeks of trying I do believe that it is the machine that doesn't work correctly.

    Piece of garbage. We purchased this Keurig as a replacement for another defective unit, and sadly, this one is just as bad. Coffee takes a very long time to brew (unlike our very first Keurig, which was quick, and worked great for years), the machine gets clogged very easily, and is now starting to leak (less than a year and a half in). Unfortunately we are now past the pitiful 1-year warranty, and are stuck with an expensive hunk of junk.

    I like the old style with the clock/brew time. This one has puny resivore . I am a 4 Am guy I like to get a cup do my morning dump and go to work. This one is slow... not impressed.

    The original Keurig would last for years...this new cheap one, has an automatic turn off? I like mine to be on! Oh, and then the scaling issue! Buy a product to scale your Keurig? Never had to do that with the original! I'm done with Keurig and mine just does not work already. Oh and thanks Best Buy! I guess the period to return is up! I'll stick with Costco, thank you very much!

    I dont like the auto off i would prefer it stay on until i turn it off but other than that its ok

    My Keurig would not turn on this morning. I purchased on 4/6/2023. My previous machine lasted 10 years so this was a big surprise. I guess they just don't make them like they used to. Maybe it's time to return to a conventional coffee maker.

    I bought this for my mother, and I'm returning it. When she uses the reusable K-cup, there are grounds in the coffee, and when she uses the regular K-cup, it doesn't puncture the foil. I thought maybe she was having trouble because she's old, but I went over there multiple times to try it and, at a minimum, if you're pushing it down as hard as possible so it punctures, there will be grounds in the coffee. If you don't push it that hard, it doesn't work at all. Very disappointing. We're going to try a different model.
