    Used it about a dozen times and it stopped working. Too late to return it. Won't buy another Keurig brand.

    Coffee Grounds in coffee.

    I had it less than 3 weeks and it started pouring coffee grounds into the coffee. Cleaned it as Keurig said and it still persists. This is the 3rd Keurig that has done it. I will not buy another Keurig!

    Poor quality and poor protection plan

    The machine was bad right out of the box but problems were minor and could live with them. It wobbles and every time the brewer handle is opened or closed, it knocks the reservoir lid off. Stopped wobbling after putting a towel underneath and figured the lid problem would eventually wear itself down. Tossed my old one but then the electrical problems started. It powers up by itself after I turn it off, the add water warning works occasionally and causes the reservoir to empty and the machine struggles to find more water, and it dispenses odd quantities of brew. I select 8 oz but it brews almost 12. Good thing i got a protection plan. WRONG. If i want it fixed or replaced, I have to schedule an appointment to drop off then wait for who knows how long to get it back. I have to go out and buy a new coffeemaker to use in the meantime. I tried to speak to someone about the procedure but got nowhere. Just AI with it's limited choices of sceduling appointments, follow up, etc. What I wish they could do is just order a replacement for that I could pick up when I drop off this piece of junk. Since I have to buy another coffeemaker to use while I wait on repair or replacement, I'm just gonna trash this one and buy a non Keurig machine someplace else. The reason I bought the protection plan was because my last Keurig machine started giving me problems about 2 months after the manufacturer's warranty expired. Lessons learned: Stay away from Keurig (quality has been on a steep decline recently) and don't bother with protection plans unless you have a back up appliance to use while you wait for repair or replacement. Very expensive lessons that cost me $125

    Puncture Issue

    The only complaint that I have is that the point that punctures the bottom of the k cup is not doing it's job very well. You have to push it fast or push it down twice. I didn't have to do this with my old Keurig.

    This Keurig was delivered to me on April 6, 2021 and it stopped working on April 12, 2021. Keurig coffee makers are junk.

    Keurig is a great product. Color of the machine I thought was a bit different than the picture, more beige in tone. I could not begin my day without my cup of coffee!

    The addition of the strong brew option lets you use pods with the larger settings without it tasting watered down.

    I bought this and also the Keurig refillable pod and with filling the coffee to the max amount and choosing the medium size cup, the coffee came out weak. That was with using Starbucks French Roast! I not sure if I received a defective one but I will continue to use my XO coffee maker which has spoiled me I guess.

    Found little plastic sleeve on needle for pod puncture. Did not work at first. Now works well. Need a little larger water tank like first gen.

    Expected more from the keurig line

    Returned this and got a k-elite instead do to the difference in build quality. Very flimsy, especially the lid that covers the water. Always bumped it off by accidentally brushing it. Worst part of all was that it would say to add water even though there was water in the unit! Last straw was when the unit began to leak water! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this product.

    Target never has the white ones in stock so was very happy to find it at Best Buy! Plus it was $20 cheaper than I have seen there - thanks BB
