    honestly i don’t like it at all because coffee tastes like burning plastic , it a fancy looking machine with a low quality materials , some youtube ssid i needs few runs with vinegar so i’ll give it a try hopefully the smell goes away

    Have owned previous Keurigs, but this is the worse one. It leaks and the lid does not stay open to put the coffee in. Just saw it was too late to return.:(

    Keurig is a good brand has good quality products except for the K-cup single serve i received did not work as expected will get another one must just have been a lemon

    Really cheaply made. I don’t understand why keurig makes such crappy weird products. I got it when for $100 on the website here. $100 should not be the price that keurig wants for this. Broke within 3-4 months for no reason.

    The coffee maker shuts itself off while making a cup of coffee. Took it back to Best Buy with a video showing the malfunction and was told it’s been over 14 days, can’t help you!

    Not like they use to be… cheaply made!

    We are disappointed in this Keurig. Our first one is still going strong (at our cabin now) and is ten years old… What happened? This machine is so cheaply made that we’ll be shocked if it lasts a year. We should’ve known when it was as light as a feather in the box it came in. Really cheaply made! Sadly, This may be our last keurig. It seems to brew okay but it’s awkward to fill with water and feels as if we will break it daily. Time will tell but I’m not betting on this.

    When did BestBuy start sending Opened Item?? I just received mine via UPS which had sealed broken. When I open up the box, there is a fingerprint everywhere on the unit. Although all the tapes are still there but don't feel like I ordered a "NEW" item. hopefully unit isn't a DOA.

    I bought this thinking it would make a larger mug of coffee,sadly the designer went the other direction!! It makes 4 sizes but the fourth size is a SMALLER CUP! I returned the coffee maker with no problems.
