    I am returning this product as it is slow. It takes forever to heat up and takes a long time just to brew a cup.

    Bought this coffee machine a month ago and now it will not stay on and return has expired Usually these are great coffee machines guess i received a bad one

    I ordered this for mother's day. The package arrived in a busted up orginal package and since I sent it to my wife's place of work for security reason. She know nows what she is getting for Mother's day. Great job Best Buy.

    BEST BUY Had a SALE! ...Received a machine that had previously been returned SEVERAL TIMES!!! Shipping was near to 1 month. Of course this model is not available within 500 miles in one of thier stores. Shysters. Never again.

    I had a small Keurig coffee maker for several years when it quit. Bought this k-select model to replace it. The k-select quit working in less than a month

    I had my last keurig for over 8 years. It worked great until recently and after trying a few things, I decided it's probably time to replace it. I've had this machine four weeks, and run it 4x per day. I can run a pod through once, but it shuts off every time I try to run the second round of water through. Even for half price or whatever black Friday discount I got it's not worth it. Maybe it's the caffeine addiction talking (and I can't make my coffee this morning) but I'm not happy with this purchase.

    This coffee maker functions properly, but I'm not thrilled with the way it looks. It feels very cheap and plastic-y to me. If I had known, I would have paid a little extra to get something a bit sturdier.

    Purchased one a year ago, all of a sudden it stopped working. I bought a second one, before my first year with it, it broke down again!

    I couldn't wait to unpack this Keurig coffee maker, as my household is a coffee drinkers paradise. We have several different coffee makers, such as a combo espresso/coffee maker, a regular coffee maker and now the Keurig. Having the option of preparing that single cup of coffee is now a reality. The Keurig was packed well and secured with strategically placed pieces of tape. The unit was marketed with 6 K Kups, after that you have to purchase your own supply of coffee. After a quick wash and unit brewing rinse, the unit was ready to brew it's first cup of java. Instructions were clear and concise. The Keurig is a very welcomed edition, as I was impressed by several things. The brewing speed of the unit is quite fast. Three minutes is advertised by the literature (to heat the water), but in my testing the brew speed was a lot quicker. The brewing action is not without the usual "brewing-sounds and vibration", which I considered to be nominal. The temperature of the brewed coffee is not boiling hot, rather it's drinking temperature after you add some milk. A word on clean up........ Just throw the K Kup away. No rinsing, no scrubbing, no mess. NICE! The Keurig has a 'strong' cup of coffee feature, which allows you to brew that stronger cup of coffee should you choose to. You do have the option of brewing at regular strength as this unit has a dual option making it ideal for any household. Brewing a strong cup of coffee is a necessity, as our household likes a strong taste. As far as the taste of the K Kup selection that was included.........Great tasting. You will have to experiment with the various coffees on the market to find your favorite one. The water tank is a little cumbersome to fill and fit onto the unit. In my opinion, it should have been engineered with more of a handle or grip when you attempt to attach the tank to the side of the machine. It's an awkward feeling fitting the tank to the side of the Keurig unit. It should be noted that other users might not find this to be so. To me, its a matter of your personal judgement. The only drawback to owning any K Kup coffeemaker is the cost of the single brew K Kups, but on the other hand it's still a lot cheaper than going to Starbucks. You do have another option and that is going out and purchasing a "Single Serve Coffee Filter". This allows you to brew your own coffee through this unit. The single serve coffee filter allows you to fill the single serve cup with your own special blend of coffee. The only drawback to this method, is that you have to clean the single serve filer after each use. Overall, the Keurig is a winner. Excellent coffee, great brewing machine!

    If you like watered down coffee this will definitely be your cup of tea recommend a nespresso 100% over the Keurig ..

    Machine broke (won’t power on) within 27 days of purchase. Because Bestbuy has a terrible ret policy I’m stuck calling and going through the manufacturer for a replacement.
