    Unfortunately, my Keurig started leaking within a year of purchase. It was good while it lasted, but I would not buy the same model again.

    I purchased this model to replace a smaller model and am very happy with this purchase. The water reservoir is much easier to access, and the number of brew sizes is great. I was glad to find it in matte white since all of my other small appliances are white as well.

    Bummed With This Brand

    So disappointed in the Keurig brand. I had high hopes but have been through 3 units in a short amount of time! I started with the smaller (personal size) unit and it went out within the first week. It stopped brewing so I cleaned it with the Keurig cleaner and it still would not brew. Possibly a bad unit? I understand that can happen. So... I took that unit back and upgraded to this one. This one stopped brewing within 4 months. I took it back for an even exchange. On my third unit, I used it for about 6 months and then the cleaning light went on so I cleaned it with the Keurig cleaner. About 2 weeks later, the cleaning light went back on again which led to yet another cleaning with the Keurig cleaner. The light stayed on so I decided to do the vinegar cleaning. Since then, the unit does not pull water through and will not brew. I give up..... I threw this unit away and I am now switching brands.

    Terrible product and worst return policy!

    This item was bought less than a month ( 10/21)and two days ago it started leaking. I checked the Best Buy receipt and it says this item can no longer be returned!! Returnable date was 9 days ago. I can’t believe that I am stuck with a defective product. Poor product and terrible return policy.

    Very cheap looking !!

    I bought this Keurig online and when I got home and opened up the box, I was shocked at how cheap looking this model is. Everything on this machine is plastic. I don't know if buying the matte white color makes the plastic stand out more than the black, but had I saw this model on display I definitely would NOT have bought this model. I also think it's overpriced for the quality of the unit.

    Purchase the insurance!

    I loved the machine (got in white), but after 6 months it automatically turns off as it's about to brew the coffee. I have to stay in front of it for two tries to make sure it brews the coffee. I rarely drink coffee, and keep my machine clean and use filtered water only. I wish I got the warranty. It's worth 96 cents a month apparently.

    Short Lived

    I purchased this model based on the positive reviews. My unit lasted one day then the brewer shutoff after 15 sec every time I pressed the power button. I tried everything but the unit would not stay on. The item was returned and a different model purchased. Hopefully it was just a one off issues and others will not have this problem. Good luck and save the box for the return.

    I purchase this coffee maker it does not set level it wobbles the coffee does not get hot just warm I will be taking it back I would not recommend it

    Already broken and Best Buy won’t accept return

    I had this Keurig for a month and it broke. If I knew Best Buy only lets you return something within 15 days I never would have purchased it from that store.

    Made of cheap plastic. It replaced a older, but much better version. The older model had some metal and was heavier.

    I bought 2 of these K-50. Both of them stopped dispensing coffee. I also bought a K-250 and it stopped dispensing coffee as well. Highly disappointed Keurig!
