Easy to operate. Water reservoir seems a tad flimsy but pther than that, has been working fine.

I’ve always liked Keurig in spite of the Kcups not being recyclable. It’s a very well engineered machine. However, this model has a stupid flaw. The water reservoir has what looks like a maximum fill line, but it’s not! The reservoir lip curves down in front, so if you try to fill to that line, water will spill everywhere. It’s a lesson you will only have to learn once, but really?

Was a little difficult putting it together but I think o made it harder than what it was. Overall it’s great and I’m so happy I purchased this item. Highly recommend for anyone who’s big on coffee. Rather it’s hot or iced. Great purchase and great customer service. Thanks Best Buy

This is my 4th Keurig and love the added features. There are four cup sizes to choose from, plus the addition of the Strong Brew button.

Works well excellent value for the price on sale and does everything we expected it to do! Good value for the sale price we paid.

We have had several Keurigs over the years and this model is by far the best. In the past many of the units have a dendancy to shut off in the middle of a brew. Not this one and trust me in a house of 6 people ranging from teens on up this machine is CONSTANTLY running and not once have we had an issue with it! Keurig got this one right.

After almost 5 years my old Keurig died. Not wanting to learn how to deal with a new system I bought a New Keurig. This Model looks a lot like my old one but with a water filter. First let me say that I ordered it online from Best Buy and it was here the next day. Set up was simple and the best thing is...it makes a much better cup of coffee than my old machine. It’s hotter, stronger and faster. Maybe technology has changed or my machine was dying for years, but I’m glad it died. This coffee maker is sooooo much better. I’m a happy customer.

This is the second Keurig coffee machine I have purchased. The first one lasted about five years. The two are similar but there are two features on this one I like better. The power can be switched off so you save on electricity. The second think is it has a button to make the coffee stronger and a setting for using a tall mug.

This coffee maker is convenient when you are on to the go with no time to waste. Dave’s time. Works very well

I'm not a morning person at all so I don't have the patience to pour water, change filter, measure the right amount of coffee and wait till all.drips down, no thanks. This guy is perfect! Does it all in 1 minute. The extra strength button is extremely useful as my wife likes to have her's abit stronger than mine, the reservoir is large enough for several pours. Id say between all the keurigs available in the market, the k select is the best bang for the buck; you get all the perks of the high end ones (12 oz, strong, large rsrvr) and low end ones (compact, light)

I LOVE IT...One of the features I like is the different sizes cups you can brew. The best feature though is the water reservoir.

Replaced an older Keurig that stopped working. This works well, love the "Strong" button, but the reservoir is a bit small. Three of us on the house and we are filling it more than our old one.

I would say it’s just ok. It makes good fast coffee, and I like the strong brew option. What I dislike is the mess it makes. At the end of the brew it kind of sprays out the last bit of coffee which goes beyond the cup and onto my counter. And if you have a spouse like mine, it’s left for you to clean up but that’s another issue. Also, the cup size settings... the tallest cup setting, which I thought will be like smallish travel cup, is not. Even that selection barely fills my normal 12 oz IKEA mug. Maybe that was noted somewhere and I didn’t read it. Otherwise it’s alright, good for when you only want a cup and don’t want to brew a pot.

Excellent product and price. I purchased my first Keurig for my office at work. I like using it so much at home I never took it to the office yet, LOL! I am thinking it would mkae sense to purchase second one for the office so I can have one in both places. This is a nice gift for any coffee drinker and is easy to make a quick cup of java on demand without making any mess.

I bought this for an AirBnB that I host. It is a good single serving coffee maker. Simple, easy to use and clean, and it has been used by recent house-guests.

Bought this as a Christmas gift. The water reservoir cover is cheap and falls off easily. I expect better from Keurig. It makes good coffee and is easy for my in-laws to use.

Key rig makes a great cup of coffee! Best Buy had the best price on this color which was needed for my kitchen decor. Love it

Quality product, works just as advertised. Only caveat is that it is loud when first starting up. I leave for work at 0200 and not wakimg my kids is paramoumt. Yet, wirh all of this said i would highly recommend this product is works with eaae and is simplee to use

Super easy to use, and a much better space saver than years prior. I love the color options now too.
