    Excellent upgrade that includes a reservoir with a water filter. Love that there at 4 cup sizes and that the auto shut-off doesn’t go off too fast! The reservoir lid is a little flimsy but ultimately sits well on top.

    This is great. I had an older model Keurig for years with only 3 cup size selections. This is a little more compact, faster, quieter and holds more water in addition to the 4 cup sizes.

    Its a shame that I can't rate this Keurig any higher than 5. I have had issues with so many k-cup pod coffee makers it makes my blood boil. The last one I bought a replacement plan, and when it didn't work as advertised I purchased this product. Works flawlessly, no more blown up coffee pods and residue leaking, just great coffee!

    ....still brews as good as the 10 year old model I am replacing. Bought it mainly for the 'strong brew' feature and it DOES make a difference.

    Sleek update to a perennial favorite! This unit is slimmer and less bulky than the original, albeit the reservoir is smaller. This is offset by the additional options of a strong brew and of an even larger cup size of 12 oz! Made a bit of noise with the first brew, but has been totally silent ever since. Bought it at almost 50% off, so it was a great Best Buy!

    It’s a good machine. Very simple to use. We are loving our morning coffee with Keurig. We are very lucky to have gotten our Keurig in one piece. No thanks to Best Buy’s shipping practices. Hopefully, you will ship with an outer box instead of just slapping a label on the original Keurig packaging. I hope my Keurig wasn’t damaged in a way I can’t see? Best Buy get a better shipping department!

    Aside from making a great cup of coffee, this Keurig is slim and attractive on any counter top. It is easy to operate and keep clean. It takes a few short steps to get a great cup of morning joe.

    Went back old school,,, so tired of our old metric taking so long to make that first cup. This one is much faster. If you just want a hot cup of coffee fast in the morning,,, this is it. Nothing fancy just coffee!

    I have always loved Keurigs and have owned several. I purchased this one in the Aqua Blue color to match the decor in my personal lair at the wetbar. Love the color! It is a perfect match to my other small appliances. Offered at a great price.
