She loves it and the fact that it has greatly lessened her coffee budget and saves her from having to leave the house. Easy to use, convenient, and clean up is a breeze. Not to mention I was able to purchase from best buy for a good deal. I would definitely recommend.

And this one is ok but I miss my oldest one, do not make so much noise and this one does.

I like the white because I can see where it needs to be wiped down and doesn’t “hide” filth. Not sure why others think this an issue. Just because you don’t see that something needs cleaning doesn’t make it clean.

It needs to be adjusted all the time and it is annoying
