    I miss my old Keurig. This is nice, just doesn’t feel that substantial. It feels flimsy. Maybe I expect too much. I really hate the lid on the reservoir. It’s hard to handle when removing it and putting it back on. I think I drop that thing in the reservoir at least once a week! There is no good place to grip it or to hold it.

    This unit works great! The water heats up fast and when you are ready to make a cup of coffee it works immediately! The only reason for the 4 stars is it appears to be made with cheaper plastic than my older unit. I just hope it holds up to the daily use. My last one lasted 11 years!
